Becoming...OWLS (Young Woman Edition)

BECOMING...OWLS Program aims to empower, equip, enrich, and inspire young women to become leaders of self and in society, by enhancing their self-awareness, leadership and life skills, and intellect to build a foundation that will lead to success throughout their entire lives. Young women deserve more support than what traditional education environments can offer, as well as a safe space to cultivate their leadership skills, emotional IQ, and social capital needed to compete and excel. By participating in the virtual program, the real talk, activities, and interactive exercises,  the young women are equipped  with tools to build confidence, self regulate, and ability to conduct themselves honorably in professional, academic, social, and relational settings. The program young women the inspiration and guidance to build the life and leadership skills to flourish as they continue to develop emotionally, mentally, relationally, intellectually, and socially.
