GALS (Girls Aspiring Leadership Skills) facilitates teen girls building confidence in understanding leadership begins within. The program enhances both communication and cooperative and collaborative skills, provide tools important for development, explore their ways of thinking and problem-solving, along with methods on how to developing and maintaing healthy relationships, emotional wellness, and recognizing the importance actions and habits in attainment of dreams, aspirations and goals. Personal assessment and strategies are foundational to the leadership birthing process.
