GALS Program 2022 Ages 10-12

GALS Program aims to empower, equip, enrich, and inspire participants to become leaders of self and society, by enhancing their self-awareness, leadership and life skills, and intellect build a foundation that will lead to success throughout their entire lives. Girls deserve more support than what traditional education environments can offer, as well as a safe space to cultivate the leadership skills, emotional IQ, and social capital needed to compete and excel.

GALS uplifts girls, facilitate their counteracting the social constructs that work to disempower them. Increasing personal and social competence in participants enables them to better execute their goals successfully and thrive. Identifying healthy, intentional ways to interact with peers is crucial to the success and mental health of girls.

By participating in the virtual GALS Program, the real talk, activities, and interactive exercises will equip them with tools to build confidence, learn discipline, and how to present themselves in academic, social, and relational settings. This intimate program offers girls the inspiration and guidance to build the life skills and leadership skills to flourish as they continue to develop emotionally, mentally, relationally, physically, and socially.
